This month we shipped the three things you asked for most: a template library for common workflows, Slack notifications that carry context, and a builder that is noticeably faster on large accounts. Here is what is new and what is coming next.

Workflow templates

You can now start from a working template instead of a blank canvas. Each one is editable and uses the same building blocks as any workflow you create yourself.

• Lead capture to CRM with owner assignment.

• Invoice reminders with automatic stop on payment.

• Client onboarding with project setup and kickoff scheduling.

• Weekly reporting posted to Slack or email.

Slack notifications with context

Notifications now include the record they are about: the lead, the invoice or the ticket, with a link back to the source. No more switching tabs to find out why you were pinged.

A faster builder

Accounts with hundreds of workflows were seeing slow loads in the builder. We rewrote how the canvas loads steps, and the largest accounts now open in under a second.

Small, boring improvements add up. This release is mostly those.
